It has been awhile since last writing. I have no excuse other that it was a holiday this past week and I was away...I travelled from Kuwait to Munich, Germany, via Istanbul's airport, to meet up with my husband, who is spending the rest of the autumn season in Canada.
This blog post is mainly for those people who are not on Facebook. With one camera and one i-Pad in our family, somehow I ended up with both back here in Kuwait and consequently posted most pictures to Facebook so that I could share them with family and friends there. However, it has recently come to my attention that two of my favourite people are not on Facebook. I promised them pictures. So, below are 60 of the best out of the 800 digital photos we recorded over the eight day trip.
Looking back, I realize how very fortunate we are in that we are able to travel to see new places almost every year. Truly, I am thankful! I hope you experience just some of the beauty to which we were exposed in this new-to-us country.

PS. I have left out a few major events. One of the best was that we were very fortunate to meet up with a family from our days teaching in India. They are living in Berlin and loving their experience. They and their children are learning German and thriving in their new home and school.
